I really love NARS makeup. I have their oil-free foundation and love it, but it can get a little spendy. Almay has beautiful liquid eyeliners like NARS, but a little more affordable at about $10. I love all the intense-i in brown topaz. It has a subtle shimmer in it that just makes my eyes pop! It's super easy to apply just like the NARS liquid eyeliner.
